Imposter Syndrome is one of the most played out phenomena of our time. Its most insidious trait is gaslighting - it makes you think there is a problem within you. The effects of Imposter Syndrome are to make a person question themselves. To question their skills, their knowledge, their community, even their very worth.
This 60-day small group experience is for anyone who has ever thought: "Am I really good enough to be here?" You’ll get tools to quiet that voice, claim your seat at the table, and move with confidence — even in rooms where you feel like an outsider.
What You’ll Learn
- Break down "imposter syndrome" into its core experiences: comparison, perfectionism, fear of failure, and more — and see them as normal human reactions we can work through
- Recognize the invisible stories and systems that reinforce doubt and shrink confidence
- Learn how to rewrite internal narratives to support growth, belonging, and self-trust
- Experiment with new patterns of thought and behavior in a supportive space
What’s Included

What Participants Are Saying
"This program helped me see that I’m not alone in feeling this way. Naming what I was experiencing — and realizing how common it was — helped me let go of shame and start rebuilding confidence."
— Participant, Cohort #1
"As a Data Analyst for a larger entrepreneurial nonprofit, I found this cohort to be greatly beneficial. It was wonderful to connect to fellow data/technical professionals and learn about their backgrounds and their own struggles with imposter syndrome — especially as our reasons for struggling turned out to be so similar. Emily’s hands-on, engaged approach kept us all dialed in and connected."
— Participant, Cohort #1
"Emily created a space where I could be honest about the voice in my head telling me I didn’t belong. Instead of just trying to silence that voice, I learned how to understand it — and respond with compassion and clarity."
— Participant, Cohort #1
"Being part of Emily’s imposter syndrome group was such a grounding experience. Emily creates an incredibly thoughtful and safe environment—one where honesty is met with care, and reflection is never rushed. It was both comforting and eye-opening to be surrounded by such talented, insightful people—and to realize how many of us, despite wildly different paths, carry similar doubts and fears into our work and lives. The experience pushed me to gently interrogate some of the systems and expectations I’ve built around myself over the years—some protective, some limiting. I walked away feeling a little lighter, a little braver, and a lot more connected."
